Cormac Galvin is the Managing Director of Europe at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP). With over 15 years of experience at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP, he also serves on the Board of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP International, overseeing branches across Europe.
During his tenure at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP, Cormac has held several key positions. As Head of EMEA Financial Solutions, he led acquisitions, capital solutions, and some of the earliest and largest longevity swap transactions in the UK and the Netherlands. He was also Head of Business Development in the UK at the inception of the bulk annuity market was and executed some of the earliest funded reinsurance agreements.
Prior to joining Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP, Cormac worked at RBS, AIAC, and Aviva. Cormac is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
