As Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing ＆ Transaction Services, Mark Renetzky is responsible for establishing key middle-office support for Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP’s Global Financial Solutions (GFS) division. In his current role he oversees the deal process globally for GFS and coordinates marketing and transaction support for the regional business teams as well as managing the Global Treaty and Knowledge Management functions.
Mark joined Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP in 1990. Prior to his current role, he led numerous transaction teams involving financial reinsurance, structured finance, and business acquisition transactions that have significantly contributed to the growth of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP. As part of the North American GFS team, he was an experienced leader on many of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP’s largest transactions and built a respected team and deal process that has been recognized as a competitive market advantage focused on close client collaboration and execution certainty.
Mark is a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI). He received his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in business administration from the University of Missouri
